The Talent Management Strategy Forum is a well-curated HR event designed to explore effective techniques and strategies for attracting and empowering top talent. The event will focus on utilizing technology and AI to improve talent acquisition, career development, learning and development, and employee well-being.
As we have a limited capacity of 300 seats, registering online in advance is recommended to guarantee your spot.
Most sessions are open to all attendees. However, breakout sessions have limited capacity. We recommend reviewing the agenda and arriving early for sessions you are particularly interested in.

This year’s breakouts are packed with practical knowledge. Learn about:

We’ve got dedicated breaks and a reception after the event for networking. It’s your chance to connect with fellow HR professionals, share ideas, and build relationships.

We recommend business casual attire for the event.
You can park in any of the Robinsons Complex locations nearby—Robinsons Galleria, Holiday Inn, and Crowne Plaza—offering a combined capacity of 1,200 cars. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. All locations are interconnected for easy access.

If you park at Robinsons Galleria, you can enter the mall and take the direct route to the 4th floor, which connects to Crowne Plaza. Robinsons Complex charges Php 50 for the first 3 hours and Php 25 for each additional hour.

Parking at Holiday Inn requires you to use the elevator to reach the 4th floor, which also connects to Crowne Plaza.

For the most convenient access to the ballroom, you may park directly at Crowne Plaza with parking slots available in Basements 1, 2, and 3.

To avoid any inconvenience, it’s advisable to avoid using vehicles with plate numbers affected by coding restrictions.
The Sprout Team will be readily accessible throughout the venue to assist with any questions you may have. You can also visit the help desk in the registration area.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure your seat/s at the event.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers. However, they are transferable. 
  • To transfer eligibility, kindly send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Request to Transfer Eligibility: Talent Management Strategy Forum.” Please include in the email the name, email address, and position. The organizers must be informed about the transfer at least 10 days before the event to allow time for the reprinting of event badges.
  • Participants who fail to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • The event schedule, including timings, sessions, and speakers, is subject to change at the organizers’ discretion.
  • The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case registered attendees will be fully refunded. Refund process will take 1 to 2 weeks.
