ABOUT THE EVENT
The State of HR Summit is based on an annual research that Sprout Solutions conducts in order to uncover key HR insights and trends, with the aim of helping organizations in the Philippines navigate the present work environment and workplace experience, in order to accelerate process and digital transformation, and improve management, well-being and retention.
The actual report combines workforce data and survey responses from 400 HR professionals and over 1,000 employees to strengthen its narrative. With a focus on enhancing the employee experience to drive engagement and retention, this year’s report highlights the importance of fostering a culture of engagement, growth, and employee development.
